Once allocated, your place will be reserved on your chosen route each new academic year, unless you tell us you no longer require transport. This is to ensure all current users have priority over students wishing to use the service for the first time.

In booking this place, I agree that once the place is allocated I am responsible for paying the transport fees either by monthly Direct Debit (preferred), or within 30 days of invoice.

Once a place has been allocated, the seat will remain with the student until;

  • they complete their education at WHS
  • the seat is no longer required; WHS are notified of this in writing and the travel pass is returned

The conditions listed above will be on the premise that all accounts are paid up to date by the end of the academic year. Please note that charges may be subject to change each academic year, due to increasing Operator costs and/or student numbers. You will be notified of this during the Summer Term.
