As the named student, I agree to take part in this work experience scheme. To hold in confidence any information about the employer's business which I may obtain during this work period and not to disclose such information to another person without the employer's permission.

Parental Disclaimer

We require you to agree to the following disclaimer if:

  • the placement is taking place out of Cumbria
  • or completion of Work Experience forms falls outside of the Cumbria Work Experience deadline (meaning they are unable to conduct a risk assessment on behalf of the school)
  • or Cumbria Work Experience are not able to sign off a Risk Assessment for chosen placement
